Murphy Mosiac is a partnership with MDG, Wavecrest Management, Bronx Pro Group, and Settlement Housing to bring comprehensive repairs, new property management, and social services to Murphy Private all while maintaining affordable rent and resident protections through NYCHA’s Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) program.

MDG Design + Construction will be a co-developer and general contractor over seeing development and all construction activities. MDG specializes in the rehabilitation and new construction of residential apartment buildings in New York City and Long Island with a focus in affordable housing. Since its formation in 1988, MDG and their affiliates have been involved in the renovation and or new construction of over 1,000+ different properties with more than 23,500+ units at a total development cost of over $3.6 billion.

Wavecrest Management will serve as a co-developer and property manager, being responsible for day-to-day operations of buildings and management of Seward Park Extension. With over 40 years of industry experience and a passion for providing opportunities that can improve residents’ lives, Wavecrest Management is one of the largest management companies in New York City, overseeing more than 30,000 units in buildings of all sizes.

Bronx Pro Group will be a co-developer and general contractor over seeing development and all construction activities. A woman-owned, neighborhood-based company with 25 years of expertise, Bronx Pro has developed over 3,500 units of affordable housing, investing $1.1 billion in their creation and preservation. Their commitment lies in delivering safe, high quality, and sustainable affordable housing that foster flourishing Bronx communities.

Settlement Housing Fund INC will be a co-developer over seeing development activities. Bringing over 50 years of expertise, a nonprofit affordable housing developer, have successfully crafted 73 projects, totaling more than 9,000 units. Their approach centers on residents, creating quality, sustainable housing that mirrors the needs of the community. Currently, in the construction phase of Harlem River I & II, crafting 693 units to serve the area's housing needs.

Together, Murphy Mosiac will provide residents with a trusted, reliable, and compassionate team to develop and maintain high-quality affordable housing and provide related programming and resources that further stabilize families.
